Driven by a passion for empowering children and reducing the stigma around mental health conversations, James has collaborated with teachers, counselors, and caregivers to design engaging emotional learning resources. James wrote A CBT Toolkit for Kids to help children learn that emotions are not obstacles, but part of being human.
